Contessa Brewer Vs Tommy Chong

This was interesting on MSNBC the other day. Tommy Chong is invited on the show to discuss Paris Hilton's recent arrest and starts to question why Contessa and other members of the media are partaking in this circus. Contessa shows her profesional journalism skills when she asks Tommy, "Have you smoked anything today?" after he states his opinion that republicans have strong control over media stations.

This whole Paris Hilton thing shouldn't even be on the news, whats the big deal? People go to court everyday but since Paris Hilton goes to jail we are all supposed to stop caring about real issues and report on this?

The media is ridiculous and Contessa Brewer should be embarrassed that her journalistic skills are being put to use to cover a story about some rich girl going to jail.
